The Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF)
The WLF was formed in 2006 and serves as a sponsor and catalyst for positive change that benefits women in our organization. Our goal is to encourage and improve female representation through enhanced focus on networking, succession planning, development and retention of female talent.

Job Search Resources for Newcomers
Symcor supports diversity in our communities through participation in a program that provides mentoring to foreign-trained individuals. Networking, resume development, interview coaching and other skills help newcomers to find employment and integrate into the local workforce.
