Who We Are

Symcor is one of North America's leading financial processing services providers, supporting major banks and retail and telecommunications companies in Canada, as well as large-scale financial institutions in the U.S.. Our business is dedicated to providing outsourced services and we are focused on being the best at what we do.

Since 1996, we have continuously evolved our cost-effective solutions in image-based check processing, cash management and statement production services. In doing so, we've earned a reputation for providing best-in-class service and technological innovation that help our customers achieve their goals and stay competitive in an ever-changing marketplace.

Symcor was created as a privately held joint venture between TD Bank Financial Group, RBC Financial Group and BMO Financial Group – three of Canada's largest financial institutions. In addition to providing a solid customer base with long-term agreements, this ownership structure provides Symcor with a high level of financial stability that can withstand economic volatility. It also offers a conservative capital structure for continued investment in technology and new services.

Today, Symcor employs more than 6,000 people, working in 29 strategically located sites across Canada and the U.S. We are proud of our commitment to excellence and of the Symcor employees who live that commitment every day, creating value for our company, for our customers and for their communities.
