We collect mailed payments from the post office, transport them to a nearby processing site, sort and pre-screen them for validity, and perform an image-based extraction of information necessary for capture and processing.

Symcor customers benefit from the latest in image capture technology to enhance Wholesale Lockbox processing. Payments are captured as high-quality images of checks, invoices, envelopes, standard and non-standard remittance coupons, and other remittance-related documents, stored and made available to customers in the format that they prefer, reducing costs, speeding up delivery and eliminating paper.

Customers are able to view the status of receivables in near real-time via the branded Web delivery application, providing the information necessary to make timely decisions and maintain excellent service to their end-user clients. We can also provide daily image files uploaded and synchronized to a customer’s internal archive.

Together with the branded Web delivery, Symcor’s long-term archival service takes cash management to the next level of efficiency, eliminating the need for on-site paper back-ups and offering powerful search, sort, PDF print and alert functions, as well as integrated reporting across all Wholesale and Retail Lockbox sites.
